Leased by Watt Matthews, the Albany, Texas ranch participated in sending its Hereford cattle to the cornbelt.

Includes images of Hereford cattle, men branding, cattle sale, and barn. Located 14 miles west of Fort Worth, Texas, the ranch was owned by Mrs. John H. Dean Sr. and John Henry Dean Jr. Jack Turner later acquired the ranch.

FR080 Diamond L Ranch Photograph Collection, 1945 23 prints, 118 negatives.
Includes images of various contestants in the All Jumper Horse Show, and Hereford cattle. Owned by Mrs. Fred M. Lege Jr., the ranch was located a few miles Southeast of Fort Worth, Texas, and raised Hereford cattle. On May 6, 1945, the first all jumper horse show in Texas was held there and became an annual event.

FR081 Diamond Ranch Photograph Collection, 1925-1930 3 glass plate negatives.
Includes images of man and Herefords posing beneath gate entrance. Raising Anxiety Herefords, Diamond Ranch was located four miles north of Albany, Texas, and was owned by F.W. Alexander. Various farming experiments were practiced in order to produce better crop yields.

Headquartered in Comanche, Texas, the approximately 27,700 acres ranch was owned by Gail, Tom, and Eltos Dudley, and raised Hereford cattle, various breeds of goats, sheep, and Quarterhorses.
