Reference Room Policies and Contact Information

The Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library is open to the public. Materials do not circulate and are used ONLY in the Holden Reading Room. Please Note: Some materials are not readily accessible and may require 1-2 days for retrieval.

The Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library provides reference service for the items in its collection. A brief overview of the material we house here in the library. Reference requests may be sent via mail, email, phone, or fax. Please allow up to three weeks for replies. Requests are answered in the order that they are received.
